Students may cancel enrollment up to 14 days before the course start date for a full refund minus a £15 administrative fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date receive a 50% refund.
No refunds are issued after the course has commenced. However, students may transfer their enrollment to a future session of the same course with at least 48 hours notice.
We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, full refunds will be provided, or students may transfer to an alternative course.
